EGR COOLER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR-CD (RF Turbo)]

1.  Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2.  Remove the engine cover.

3.  Drain the engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT [MZR-CD (RF Turbo)].)

4.  Remove the air cleaner and air inlet hose. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR-CD (RF Turbo)].)

5.  Remove the battery and tray. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR-CD (RF Turbo)].)

6.  Remove the air inlet pipe and turbocharger air outlet pipe. (See INTAKE-AIR SYSTEM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR-CD (RF Turbo)].)

7.  Remove in the order indicated in the table.

1	Water hose
2	EGR cooler

8.  Install in the reverse order of removal.
